In this 1 hour lunch time workshop we will enjoy a short mindfulness exercise, then practice building creative skills in drawing and painting. The aim of the series is to equip you with multiple ways to express your unique creative flow confidently using art and mindfulness as your tools and ease you back into your day fully recharged. Cost is only $20 per session. No experience required. Bring an apron/old clothes and enthusiasm. Limited places available.

This is a mindful, relaxed and friendly environment. I have no doubt we will be incorporating lots of giggles, and fun which will only enhance our creative flow.
